TESTIMONIALS

We are new to Sporting Clays and shotguns and Gianna was a wonderful instructor! She has a ton of knowledge and experience and great with beginners. We would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to learn more about this fun sport.

It was early Summer 22', and I had just struggled through AA and was not performing anywhere near my best. I could not figure out if it were mental or skill related. It was a frustrating time for me. I had convinced myself I got to Master Class because I was lucky, not because I deserved to be there. I went through the 'it's the gun, glasses, ammo, and whatever else I could use as an excuse phase,' and I was tired. Gianna was back home in Vermont, and the club announced she would be coaching for a couple of weeks here at our local club. I needed help, so I hired her.

I met up with Gianna during the week. She was so full of energy it was contagious! She took me up on the hill and spent hours watching me shoot. This next part is essential. She did NOT tell me to stop what I was doing and do things her way. Instead, she analyzed what was working for me and what was not and then explained what I needed to improve while incorporating it into what I was already doing right. She had me hitting targets repeatedly I hadn't been able to hit all year. She reminded me of the basics and taught me advanced techniques that made everything click.

And click it did. From July to December, I earned 25 punches in Master Class, shot my first 50 straight, shot my highest score of 97, and finished HOA many times. I thoroughly recommend Gianna to any shooters of all skill levels. Her patience and approach to teaching fundamental and advanced skills are second to none.

A couple years ago Gianna and her father Bud enthusiastically introduced me to sporting clays. Quickly into a charity shoot it was clear she was a very accomplished shooter while I struggled to break targets. Being a great advocate for the sport she encouraged me, never let me feel out of place and happily answered all of my newbie questions. Because of this I was hooked and wanted to improve. After a lot of wasted rounds with little improvement, I realized It was time to start taking private lessons. With her instruction my game improved immensely! I am now a registered shooter moving up the ranks. With her expert instruction I am confident I will reach my goal of master class. Without Gianna's passion and knowledge of the game I would not be a clays shooter let alone a competitive one. Thanks, G!!
